Hi, I'm Cortney Briggs, the grower, maker, and multimedia artist behind Shoreline Shoots, an urban farm based in Cape Canaveral, Florida. This happy little coastal farm began as something deeply personal: a desire to care for my family in more natural, intentional ways. I wanted to find healing through what I could grow, create, and share with my own two hands.

I found joy in discovering natural ways to support wellness, nurturing the body, mind, and spirit. What began as a simple passion for growing microgreens gradually grew into something much bigger. Today, Shoreline Shoots is an urban farm and artisan business where growing, baking, fermenting, and making come together. From fresh harvests and handcrafted pantry goods to original artwork and seasonal experiences, everything is rooted in craftsmanship and a deep connection to the natural world.

You'll often find me at local markets and community pop-ups, sharing everything from fresh microgreens and edible flowers to fermented goods, sourdough, handcrafted pantry staples, and original artwork. I also host hands-on workshops where people can learn practical skills like growing microgreens, baking sourdough, brewing probiotic sodas, and discovering simple ways to bring more intention into everyday life.

Art has always been woven into my story. I hold two degrees in art and have spent years exploring printmaking and a wide range of artistic mediums alongside my work in the garden. Whether I'm carving a vintage Florida linocut, exploring new artistic mediums, curating a Blind Date with a Book, or creating The Garden Post, every piece is inspired by the same things that inspire my farm: the changing seasons, slow living, good food, and the beauty found in everyday moments.

The Garden Post is one expression of that philosophy: a seasonal mail subscription filled with original artwork, seeds, stories, an almanac card, and thoughtful surprises that invite you to slow down and reconnect with nature. Every piece I create, whether it's art or food, is meant to spark curiosity, comfort, and connection.

Everything here is grown or handmade with care using organic practices and thoughtfully sourced ingredients. I believe wellness begins in the soil, creativity flourishes when we work with our hands, and some of life's greatest joys come from the simplest things, like a glass of fizzy probiotic soda, a warm slice of sourdough, a fresh sprinkle of microgreens, or a handmade print hanging on your wall.

Shoreline Shoots is more than a farm. It's a creative, ever-growing collection of things made with intention: food, art, plants, workshops, and seasonal experiences all designed to help people reconnect with nature, nourish themselves well, and find a little more beauty in everyday life.

Thank you for being here and for supporting this homegrown dream.
